*Free shipping is available for orders over ¥15,000 (tax included).

Duties and Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
WASEW is not responsible for these additional charges.

Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email.

*Orders are not shipped on weekends or Japanese holidays.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.
You can track your shipment directly via the carrier’s website.

Shipping Notes

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or long-term absence, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
