Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if requested within 3 days of delivery.
Please contact us via the CONTACT page before returning any items.

*Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, we will offer a replacement or refund.

In these cases, return shipping and reshipping costs will be covered by WASEW.
If a replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued.


Returns and Exchanges for Customer Reasons

Returns or exchanges for customer reasons, such as size or color changes, are accepted only if requested within 3 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, the order may be returned instead.

*Return shipping costs for customer-requested returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

Returns without prior contact
Requests made after 3 days of delivery
Items that have been worn or used
Items missing original tags or accessories
Items damaged after delivery
Opened items with non-reusable packaging (such as PACK TEE products)
Sale items


Return Conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

International Orders

For international orders, returns and exchanges are also accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes incurred.
