I did not receive my order confirmation email

An automatic confirmation email is sent after your order is completed.If you have not received the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

When will my order be shipped?

In-stock items are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Please note:
• Shipping is not available on weekends and Japanese public holidays.
• Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated shipping date stated on the product page.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Returns or exchanges are accepted for unused items within 3 days of delivery.
Please note that items such as PACK TEE, which cannot be returned to their original condition once opened, are not eligible for return and exchange.

Is there a cost associated with shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Orders over USD 200.00 qualify for free shipping.
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
